Intense and expressive. The perfumey aroma of passionfruit is paired with a bouquet of citrus, courtesy of the cubeb pepper. Wild cubeb pepper is a unique, citrus-forward spice native to the mountainous regions and central highlands of Vietnam, it adds some peppery, slightly bitter and warming flavours.

All 3L kegs use a detachable hand pump dispenser to deliver the sake to the glass. The dispenser is easily cleaned and reusable.
