Produced in limited quantities, this incredibly rare and exclusive Junmai Genshu is only for the seasoned Sake drinker who knows distinguished quality. Having achieved perfection, Yomigaeri Hyakunen’s brewing method has remained unchanged for the past 100 years. this Junmai Genshu incorporates one of the best types of rice, Yamadanishiki, as well as “Sake Yeast Kyokai No. 1”, also known as “Sakuramasamune’s yeast” and Miyamizu water, which is acknowledged as the best water for brewing Sake. The result is a medium dry, full-bodied, sharp taste, with an underlying umami flavour.
