With a 130 year history of brewing exceptional saké, Takagi Sake Brewing Co. have used only the best ingredients, such as Gin no Yume rice and Kochi yeast to create this daiginjo. Created in the vicinity of Kochi City, home of renowned saké drinking festivals such as the Dorome Festival, Toyonoume Junmai Daiginjo Ryuso was brewed to be the best and is the Gold Prize Winner of the 2013 Junmai Awards. With a fruity, apple-like aroma and an elegant umami flavour, it was named ‘Ryuso’, after a tornado that paid a visit to the brewery.
