Made in Ehime prefecture on Shikoku Island, Central Japan, this Tomato ponzu is an extraordinary ingredient which truly brings any dish to life!
Made using locally grown Ehime tomatoes, the Lycopins first make a tomato vinegar. To this special vinegar they add Kochi Yuzu, Koikuchi Shoyu (dark soy sauce) and Katsuobushi (bonito stock) to make a ponzu with real flavour! Use in stocks and sauces to create amazing umami flavours. It is also great as a dressing for sashimi.
