This is Librom Craft Sake Brewery’s most popular product and many batches have been produced with this refreshing combination of fermenting rice, koji and the herb Lemon Verbena. The herb used in production is grown by Garden Arte in Fukutsu City, Fukuoka with pesticide free, organic cultivation. This sake has an initial fruity sweetness and is then dominated by bright acidity and lemon-like flavours and fragrance with some deep herbaceous accents. Serve chilled in a glass or with shaved ice / on the rocks.
