This is a very distinctive fruit liqueur made from a base of Kozaemon Junmai Sake mixed with Kabosu (Native Japanese lime) extract from fruit harvested in Kyushu and Oita Prefecture. These Kabosu are renowned for their vivid taste and strong acidity. An exhilarating sweet / sour citrus liqueur which has a vibrant, refreshing taste and a pleasant after-taste of toasted barley. Try this if you are interested in a new Japanese citrus experience which is different from yuzushu.

Serve this drink on the rocks, with tonic or soda for an amazing spritz or let your cocktail imagination run wild.
