Visually the label of this sake tells the story about the type of food its designed to go alongside – grilled stick foods – yakitori and kushiyaki. The pictures on the label were drawn by the chefs from a series of yakitori restaurants in Tokyo. This sake has aromas of pear and apple skin which follow through onto the medium-bodied palate with a medium dry finish. Umami plus freshness and a great sake to drink alongside grilled foods.
