This premium limited seasonal sake is produced in December using Omachi rice that has been polished to 50% of its original grain size. The sake has alluring aromas of ripe nashi pear, juicy nectarine, watermelon and kiwifruit and this flavour spectrum follows onto the palate. This sake can have a gentle spritz after opening which enhances the fruity tones and the drinking experience ends with a subtle mandarin rind dryness. A super elegant package which is vibrant, deceptively easy to drink and a natural match for seafood.
Hello Koueigiku Omachi is unpasteurised and requires refrigeration both during storage and after opening. This sake is released as a fresh product, but it has considerable ageing potential which will result in a deepening of the rich flavour profile and acidity.
