Created using one of the best types of rice for Sakè, Yamadanishiki Hyogo, and brewed using the classic ‘Kimoto’ method, Sakura Masamune Kobe Sakura Junmai Ginjo is the traditional Japanese liquor made specifically to complement the trademark Japanese meat, Kobe Beef. This Junmai Ginjo has a fruity aroma with notes of apple, grape and banana, while on the palate, it gives a full-bodied taste with hints of light sherry and mature cheese and a touch of earthy mushroom. Dry, with a mellow yet rich flavour, Kobe Sakura Junmai Ginjo, as the name suggests, is best served with Kobe beef as it will perfectly complement the flavour.
