With four centuries of brewing experience and history behind it, Kinmare Junmaiginjo is made from one of the best types of rice for brewing saké, Yamadanishiki rice and offers a complex and aged aroma of nut and caramel. Sweet when chilled, this junmaiginjo is relatively dry, with a moderate and rounded acidity and a hint of umami flavour that is enhanced when the sakeis warmed.
