With four centuries of brewing experience and history behind it, Kinmare Junmaiginjo is made from one of the best types of rice for brewing saké, Yamadanishiki rice and offers a complex and aged aroma of nut and caramel. Sweet when chilled, this junmaiginjo is relatively dry, with a moderate and rounded acidity and a hint of umami flavour that is enhanced when the saké is warmed. Created with traditional skills and much desired by saké connoisseurs, Kinmare Junmaiginjo is the ideal embodiment of Sakuramasamune Brewery.
