This sake has an elegant aroma of tropical fruit, banana and nashi pear which fills the palate with a velvety smoothness and mellow fruit. It is well structured and has good depth of flavour and is particularly well suited to accompany seafood because of its elegant almost restrained aromas and clean finish. A classical representation of Junmai Daiginjo sake using the locally grown Ooseto sake rice varietal.
