This Honjozo hails from the Kagawa prefecture in Japan and is crafted using traditional brewing methods that have been honed for over a century. Kawatsuru Honjozo is the result of an exacting process that extracts the purest elements of the locally grown rice and combines it with the pristine waters of the Saita River to produce a fragrant, dry and exquisitely smooth saké that can be enjoyed either on its own or as part of a cocktail. The palate achieves an excellent balance of strong Umami flavour with mild spiciness that can be enjoyed both warm and chilled, making this saké an ideal choice for any season.
