With almost 250 years of brewing experience, Kikuno Tsukasa Shuzo brewery has created a Junmaishu that is the perfect blend of sweetness and acidity. Using the pure subsoil water of Nakatsugawa, combined with 100 percent Ginginga rice grown domestically in the Iwate prefecture, Ginginga Shukomi makes the most of the individual ingredients characteristics to offer the aroma of banana, fresh acidity and rounded sweet taste that is best consumed chilled.
