Brewed using traditional methods, this Junmai Daiginjo offers a gorgeously elegant aroma that is met with a brilliant flavour that is rich, incredibly smooth and exceptionally clear.
This award-winning sake is made with Koshitanrei rice that is locally-grown in the Niigata prefecture and skilfully blended with natural spring water from Mount Suganadake. The resulting sake offers a light, crisp aroma that is met with a rich and smooth taste on the palate. An ideal complement to sashimi or fresh oysters, this premium sake can be enjoyed cold, chilled or at room temperature.
