This is the flagship Ryusuisen brand from the brewery, designed to be served alongside a delicious meal. Drink this sake chilled down in glassware which will accentuate the elegant, fruity aromas of ginjo brewing and highlight the rich flavours of Nagano’s famous rice Miyamanishiki, and minerality from the Kamishirasawa water source. This sake has been crafted with the traditional Kimoto technique heightening the acidity and crispness of the drinking experience. Flavours of white peach, orange, nashi pear and green melon merge together on the palate with a sweet / sour edge defining the finish. The sake has an ABV of 13% which contributes to the supple body and modern, cleansing, medium-dry impression.
