Created in the Noto Peninsula of Japan, this Junmai Ginjo is the product of 150 years of brewing experience. The mild aroma, coupled with the light flavour as it touches the palate make Chikuha Junmai Ginjo an excellent accompaniment for any meal, but most ideal to complement Japanese cuisine. Utilising natural spring water and high quality Gohyakumangoku sake rice from Fukuno disctrict in Toyama prefecture, this Saké offers a rich, smooth and slightly sweet taste that is well rounded and refreshing.
