Created as part of the Hanaizumi Sake Brewery’s Roman family of sake, Toroman is specially brewed for the Autumn season. This Junmai Ginjo uses three varieties of locally grown rice, brewed through the “mochi rice 4-stage process”, a traditional, time-tested method that has been handed down through generations. It is believed that Hanaizumi is the only brewery in Japan that still uses this process and the result is a soft, gentle aroma and a smooth taste with depth and body. A rich thickness on the palate offers a deep lingering warmth and makes Toroman sake the ideal companion for any meal.
This sake has been pasteurised once only and should be kept refrigerated.
