Aromas of apple, fresh peaches, stone fruit, and melon. It’s a very fruit-forward sake with upfront impact. Flavours of tart green apple, kiwi and starfruit emerge with bursts of pineapple and Vietnamese mint to refresh. Medium weight body and silky texture designed to wrap around a chilled wine glass to maximise enjoyment. This sake has been brewed to a lower ABV of 13% which is where Abe sake brewery is positioning a lot of their range. Single pasteurisation to retain freshness and should be refrigerated to keep in good condition. Production lot volume 3
