Created in the Niigata prefecture, this Nama Genshu was created using a brewing technique that has hardly changed since the brewery’s founding in 1804. Using clear spring water from the Yoneyama mountains, this saké is made from rare Ipponjime rice only which is sourced locally from Niigata and provides a crisp, light taste that is best served cold.
