This sake was a major achievement for the Niizawa brewing team in 2015 surpassing the extreme rice polishing limit at that time to achieve a rice polishing ratio of just 7%.
Using Kura no Hana rice grown locally in Miyagi Prefecture, it is carefully and continuously polished over 350 hours, and then brewed with in-house yeast to produce a beautifully structured sake.

Elegant aromas of pear and muscat grape follow through to the palate with clean flavours of pineapple that spread smoothly through the mouth before a short precise finish defines this sake. This rare luxe sake is a celebration of the skill of the Niizawa team.
