Hailing from the Yamagata prefecture, this Junmai Daiginjo uses 100% Yamadanishiki rice, a starchier rice that, when brewed for long periods in a low temperature, creates a crisp, strong flavour. This saké offers a luxurious palate experience as the drinker is first greeted by the sophisticated aroma which is quickly followed by a rich umami flavour, thanks to the Yamadanishiki rice used. To properly experience this Junmai Daiginjo, it is best consumed cold.
