This Junmai Daiginjo, is the gold medal winner of the “Fine Sake Japan Awards” both in 2013 and 2014. It is more than reputed for its fruity aroma and excellent taste that still remains light, which strikes a perfect balance for those who wish to enjoy a sweet and crisp drink on a warm sunny day. Despite being a drink for warmer weather, this saké is brewed only in the coldest parts of winter, which allows for the flavours and aromas to remain within the saké during the brewing process, thereby maximising all the elements within. It is best enjoyed cold in wine or champagne glasses to get the full effect of the fruitiness with fresh cuisines such tapas.
