Luscious aromas of juicy ripe melon, papaya, pineapple, and lychee with wafts of icing sugar introduce this full flavoured sake to the senses. Delicious energetic palate of pear, peach, and other stonefruit with a saline edge and textural umami opening expansively as the sake warms. Appreciate this sake in glassware to capture the tropical nose and revel in Noguchi-toji’s impactful signature style. Special presentation wooden case with gold and black decoration makes this one for the collectors. This sake is a great accompaniment to produce harvested from the sea – shellfish, crab, and fish. Equally at home with cheese and fruit platters and cured meats.
