A clean, extra-dry sake with impact and an easy, fresh drinking style. A sake that enhances the food it accompanies with a medium body, smooth texture and subtle rice grain flavours that mingle with some mellow fruit flavours of honey dew melon with citrus accents.

This is one of the original brands of sake in Aomori, with the brand name Otokoyama registered around 100 years ago. A much loved, popular sake tipple for local residents we are now able to have the opportunity to drink this sake in Australia.
