Created using a newly grown Sakè-specific rice variety known as Gin’eboshi, this Daiginjo has a medium body but carries a heavy, fruity fragrance of musk melon, white nectarine and white stone fruit, contrasted by a touch of fennel. The great balance carries all the way through from first impression to final sip. Made from the pure spring water of the Aomori prefecture, Mutsu Hassen Junmai Daiginjo Gold Label lives up to its name, offering a well-structured flavour across the palate and a clean, short finish, making it an ideal complement to Sashimi or Shime Saba.
