Vibrant and alluring sake made with the distinctive Hachinohe white koji starter technique. Aromas of white flowers and bubble gum candy dominate in the glass, and this carries through to a fruity sweetness of melon, pineapple, and lychee on the palate. This sake has a medium body with light, smooth texture and finishes on a dry note.
This sake has had a single pasteurisation and is best stored refrigerated.
