This Junmai sake is specially brewed to be warmed so that you can enjoy the mellow, rounded and satisfying umami taste that develops when it reaches 40 to 50 degrees C. Feel free to enjoy the hot Kuzuryu sake at your preferred temperature according to your mood and the weather temperature of the day.

Prior to its release from the brewery, it has two years of gentle ageing at low temperature to integrate and smooth out the flavour profile. You can experiment also by enjoying hot sake cocktails made with Kuzuryu Kantanoshi mixed with plum syrup, black tea or green tea.
