Beautiful Ginjo-ka of pear, fuji apple skin and icing sugar exudes from the glass, there is a flash of freshly sliced fresh cucumber that appears after giving the sake some air in the glass. Enticing and refreshing. Flavours of sliced apple and pear follow through on the palate with a hint of basil. The sake is medium dry and has a luxe velvety feel in the mouth with clean acidity on the finish.
