Created from Omachi rice grown using the famed Kimura Natural Cultivation Method, this Junmai Daiginjo was recognised as liquor of highest quality at Kura Master 2020 with the Platinum Award in the Junmai Daiginjo division. The sweet aroma of ripe yellow apples carries through to the palate in the fruity flavour and ample mellow taste that includes hints of soft yellow pear and vanilla.
