Created using fresh water from the Takahashi River and Yamada Nishiki rice grown in the Okayama Prefecture, this JUHACHI ZAKARI YAMADANISHIKI JUNMAI DAIGINJO is carefully brewed using a slow fermentation process in the seaside town of Kojima in the Okayama Prefecture. Crafted to perfectly complement the fresh seafood from the nearby Seto Inland Sea, this sake is best served chilled and has a fruity aroma and well-rounded mellow taste that spreads across the palate, perfectly complementing most Japanese cuisines.
