Limited Edition
This limited-edition sake was made to celebrate the terroir of Nikko a world heritage area and the mountains that give life to this sake via an underground water supply. The rice used is Yumesasara which was recently developed within Tochigi Prefecture and is the hope for the future of rice growing in this region. To show a more natural, traditional component to this brew the kimoto technique was used. The sake has fruity sweetness, moderate acidity, and an expressive character. The bottle comes with a 150-year anniversary book published by the brewery to mark their history.
