This Umeshu is born of premium quality Japanese plums from Yoshino in the Nara prefecture, washed by hand and soaked in awamori and sake. The resulting ume fruit pulp is then blended to create this special “aragoshi” Umeshu, which offers a rich, thick and fruity flavour.
