It opens with ripe fruit notes of melon and apple before developing into a velvety rice umami, and a clean crisp finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThis sake is best served chilled in a wide bowled glass to retain the effervescence and allow the fruity notes to develop fully.
